Package received in an envelope (fewer boxes these days from Revains.), seems in good condition but no instructions. But it's easy to find out. Essentially, you attach a suction tube to a container of liquid to be removed. (Inflate it and feel both ends and you'll know which one creates suction). It works perfectly IF the receptacle is LOWER THAN the liquid source. Pump it up a few times, the liquid will start to overflow into the holding tank, and then stop pumping and GRAVITY will do the rest for you. Of course, if both containers are LEVEL, gravity won't help and you'll have to keep pumping by hand (which can get quite tedious after a few minutes if you have a large volume to empty). However, this applies to similar/larger devices that cost 5 times as much and work on the same principle! Pros: - It works quite well when the source is higher than the receiving bin. - Seems well designed. Cons: - Price may be a little lower - Kinks/kinks in the tubes due to packaging/packaging method. Can/must not affect operation. The pump can be a bit bigger.
