Review on Playtime Westminster 9-inch Color-Changing Tornado Lamp by Antonio Taveras

Another reviewer stated that it was made out of cheap thin glass - it's acrylic, not glass. I personally would rather have my little one hold acrylic than glass, especially when sitting on the bedside table. We also thought the tornado broke after the first day, but it needs to be shaken up! The tornado material settles under the bottom propeller, and unless you shake it to release particles under the propeller, there will be no tornado. This is not a traditional lava lamp, so shaking it will not damage the device. It works great when you free the particles again. The only thing that didn't interest me is that while it has a tornado hole so it can be powered, the cable is not included. It runs on 3 AA batteries if you don't use your own cable.
