I have only used the unit once so far but I have to say I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is unsealed and when it arrived (in bubble wrap) all of the contents were out of the box including the two pen testers. You get enough calibration solution for the initial calibration and that's it, so be prepared to buy more calibration solution. The KCL storage solution is also sufficient for one-time use, so be ready to buy more. Actually, this prevents me from using the device. I used the KCL solution to rehydrate the pH pen and store it after the first use, then threw the solution away. Now I don't have to store anything after the next use until I get a bottle of solution that I ordered separately. Bluelab should make a kit (preferably sealed!) with a few 100mL vials of all the solutions, not a disposable bag.
