The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

Nikon really understood correctly what a person needs who has realized the worthlessness of a mobile phone as a photo camera. As an entry-level camera after a smartphone, it's just a dream. A jump into the world of serious quality photography that you can take yourself. Having only 12,000, for everything about everything. And for staged shots, expensive equipment is not needed at all.

Pros
  • 1. Price. Especially now that they're selling slightly used for $150. The people are changing. Last year - 30,000. Now 10,000. 2. Lens. I'm serious. The common man will be pleased. I spent a lot of time studying the line of optics (lenses) for cameras from this company. All of them - except for the top ones, at an UNREAL price - all have flaws. There is a stereotype (imposed on the masses) that you need to get rid of the KIT and buy a fix, or an advanced expensive universal lens (for holidays and travel). All this is a LIE. A quality photo is the sum of factors: hands, brain, eyes, the ability to talk to the model (the charisma of the artist). Plus some luck. A nice young guy or girl with a simple camera will be more successful than an old one . with poor eyesight, with an expensive unit. They write that this lens, KIT, darkens and turns yellow. So shoot with light! A good photo is LIGHT. The camera has a built-in flash. She's super helpful. 3. Autofocus is better and faster than manual focusing. It was a shock for me. 4. Programs embedded in the camera - really make shooting easy. You can direct your concentration to the situation itself, to the plot of the shooting, and grabbing luck by the tail when the picture is taken - just brilliant.
Cons
  • User's manual. 500 pages. Hell and tin. This OK need to to read 3 times - to remember. The technique has become complicated. In Soviet times, there was Zenit, and how easy it was with him! What photos did he take? Then came the semi-automatic, small and light "Elikon 35C", the dream of a dynamic photographer. The shooting process was simple, it was part of life. It was a pleasure.
