I received my pendant and chain today, the pendant had smudges on it as if it had been handled and not cleaned afterwards. The screw cap did not fit into the pendant at all, the cap was not even attached to the pendant when it arrived (that should’ve been a red flag). The chain fell out of the box, was not packaged with the pendant and it is a cheap garbage chain. The silver cleaning cloth that was supposed to be included was not in the box either. The photo shown is so much more beautiful than the actual product, I’m so so disappointed! I feel like someone had returned the pendant, it was put back on the shelf without inspection then sent to me.
