I made a white chocolate raspberry / blueberry cheese cake, which we know can be super sticky. This pan was fabulous! I lightly greased with butter, made graham cracker crust added 1/2 cheesecake mixture, 1/2 berries, then the next layer the same. Baked according to recipe, cooled all night. The spring on the side was very easy didn't leak and it turned out fabulous. Popped right out f the pan, no mess, no fuss, no broken slices! Very happy!
