I don't know how a sluggish piece of plastic is supposed to filter the air. There may be an air filter in the plastic frame. But there's no on/off switch, no air blowing through what appears to be a filter inside, and no instructions on how to use this device. I've never seen such a bad air filter. It's not even clear if it's meant to be a standalone filter, or if it's meant to fit inside another electrical or electronic element. Of course, I wouldn't walk around with that "HEPA and activated carbon filtration" on my face. And if that's what it's supposed to be, the item should have instructions on the box or inside that indicate how to use it in the first place. That's absurd. Easy and uncomplicated.
