Review on Stainless Steel Apple Peeler, Corer, Slicer - Durable 🍏 Heavy Duty Die Cast Magnesium Alloy with Suction Base (Vermilion) by Liam Roth

Ideal for processing apples

I've been making homemade applesauce 1-2 times a month for a year now. While this is very quick and easy to make in my Instant Pot, the prep time took forever. I know you can leave the skin on, but my family prefers a smooth sauce over a chunky sauce. Needless to say, I wanted to upgrade my basic peeler and knife. This cleaning/coring machine attaches to your countertop with strong suction. I haven't had any problems with the suction shut off. This peeler required a bit of fiddling as the "instructions" were basic at best. I also had to adjust the blade so it didn't cut too hard into the apple's flesh. You can use it for peeling and coring or just peeling. I imagine you can just remove the core instead of peeling it, although I haven't tried. I don't like using a corer as it creates a lot of mess and wastes most of the good part. After all, it does what it's supposed to and is easy to clean. Although I also use the Pampers Chef apple corer, the processing time has been reduced to 1/4 of what it used to take. That alone is worth something to me. πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ™‚πŸŽπŸ
