The best feature is it's integration in Salesforce CRM which makes life easy for our sales team by allowing them access information about their prospects from anywhere anytime without having manual effort involved once they log into any instance or desktop computer/mobile device! We have been using this product since last couple years but there were few bugs heren'there as well so we faced some issues when integrating within SFDC - had to do customizations sometimes just because its not fully supported out-of box yet!! So far I am happy how things are going around us now after solving those problems & implementing more features like lead scoring etc.. As mentioned above if someone wants all social media management tools under one roof then Kenpresnce has become an ultimate choice among many others such platforms available today including HubSpot (which was also recommended).
