Works. Not ingrown! It also exfoliates my dead skin and I am very pleased to see how it works. I am a woman who uses this device when I groom without it no matter what method I always get big painful ingrown hairs! With this device I got rid of 4 ingrown bumps that I had at the time of purchase. I haven't had any ingrown hairs in the past two months as the ingrown hairs have disappeared. And we've only seen improvements! When using this device, you can see all the dead skin that fell into the brush. This gives me a feeling of job satisfaction. Not to mention the usage - it gives the same comfortable dry brushing (deep itch) sensation when used on and around my armpits. One downside: It doesn't rinse off quickly and usually requires me to turn the shower off and on again. under the faucet in a full flow bath or take your pick. Company message - I love scrubs. Put a really long, stable back grip on it. The longer the handle the better, don't hate those short handled back brushes but we're made for the back.
