Even with the same manufacturer's Bluetooth series of ears, your music will sound much better on "smoother" ears - at the time of publication, these are 1RBT and 10RBT. Compare the middle and upper frequencies - heaven and earth. I recommend looking at them (or, in general, at wired headphones, because Bluetooth, however, is not yet ready for prime time). Its pros: Look at the disadvantages, but there are really advantages. In general, the ears are a complete analogue of Beats by Dre, but they look original, cost half as much, have a much better sound (Sony, albeit a cheap Sony) and all the latest technology features (so, Beats does not have Apt-X, for example) . Bluetooth works perfectly. There is support for Apt-X. The batteries last a very long time. The ears themselves, in my opinion, look great. Very comfortable on the head, although the fit is not over-the-ear, but half over, half on-ear (the ear is partially placed in the recess, the rest of the shell lies on the ambrochure - memory foam, by the way, does not press). Of the minuses (in the section "Disadvantages" and so much is written) - it is very inconvenient to wear around the neck because of the small bow, if you take it off, then immediately into your bag / backpack. And, of course, the bow and ear pads sweat a lot - leatherette and closed headphones, after all. Great, in my opinion, fit like wireless ears for watching movies and games (with all that crazy bass). As the headset works great, I did not notice any interruptions. The downside here is that it does not work with the PlayStation, so it cannot be called an ideal gaming headset. There is an extremely funny bass boost function, which makes listening to music impossible, but at the moments of acceleration of your favorite tracks it is very interesting to turn it on - in general, it makes the headphones a great toy. That is, in general, they do everything except listening to music very well. Cons: Getting straight to the point: DO NOT BUY for music and read carefully why. I will speak as the owner of the XB-500, XB-700, XB-1000. In online reviews and from consultants in stores, you can find out that the headphones are supposedly for lovers of electronic music, and they will fit perfectly. This is not true. In fact, this is a complete analogue of Beats by Dre with better quality and half the price. If you love electronics (as well as any other melodic music), DO NOT BUY these ears. Don't buy these if you like trance, smart techno, idm, ambient, whatever! They are only suitable for fans of modern hip-hop with bass, trap and low-quality dubstep (that is, don't even think about Burial). In reviews on other sites, you could read that, supposedly, electronic music, house, trance, and so on sound great on them. This is completely untrue: if you start listening, for example, to trance with such ears, then you will look with bewilderment at people who love such genres. Very boring and uninteresting. There is a lot of bass, a lot, and the bass boost function is very satisfying from the very beginning (just like a toy, it is impossible to listen with it). The middle is very dull and undetailed, the tops are better but also so-so. Soundstage (scene) is not as a phenomenon, everything is pretty bad. It would seem that to lower the equalizer below 1KHz and you can live - but no, the result does not sound perfect! Even the bass is very vague, fuzzy. With the middle and highs, everything is very bad. Speaking of electronic music, there’s absolutely nothing “rocking” here, which is strange, because on the younger wired models, Sony did pretty well, in principle, it worked out. On the Head-Fi website (I am writing without a link so that the review goes through) there is a detailed instruction for modifying the headphones (pasting everything with a sound absorber, stuffing foam rubber, etc.), which basically makes the sound better (according to reviews), so if you don’t need these ears Do not return or sell, highly recommend. However, a Mercedes from a "chisel" will not work.
