My wife spends many hours each day on the phone with clients. After trying different speakerphones and handsets, she found that headphones offered the best combination of comfort and sound clarity. Inexpensive headsets available locally worked well enough before they broke, so we thought we'd try and find something better. This headset is a jewel. It offers the best clarity yet and is very comfortable to wear. This headset would have received five stars, except that it requires a separate cable to connect to our phone's 2.5mm jack, a fact not specifically mentioned in the product description. The description says "Quick Shut Shut Feature for Extra Freedom," which seems to imply that some sort of "quick shutdown" is enabled. In fact, "Quick Disconnect" is enabled. The headset cable ends with a quick connector. What is not included in the kit and is required to connect the headset to the phone is an additional cable that has a matching "quick connector" on one end and a 2.5mm plug on the other. Despite the additional cost of an extra cable, this is still a great headset. It would be nice if this was mentioned more clearly in the product description.
