Well I can't recommend this Wahl trimmer as it's not strong enough for my rather thick nose. I was cleaning the inner cavity when it stopped. He wasn't running out of juice, just not enough to push through a heavier strand of nasal fur. I tried to cut my hair then I stopped and it hurt like hell. I almost said a curse. This thing is power efficient with that AAA battery. What I can recommend is another Wahl brand trimmer, the one that uses a HEAVY AA battery. He's doing his job. Here's the one I suggest: Wahl Lighted Ear, Nose & Brow Trimmer - Painless Eyebrow & Face Trimmer for Men & Women, Battery Powered Electric Hair Trimmer - Model 5546-200, Black/Silver. This trimmer does not cause severe nose pain and tears. , unlike the weak AAA battery on batteries.
