The device has arrived in good condition. but immediately a roar was heard from within. It took several minutes of disassembly to find two screws that had come loose from the tape under the case cover. Note to all computer techs: Duct tape is not a viable alternative to burlap for small screws. If I turn this on, the best I can do is risk a short circuit on the motherboard. maybe a lot worse. That being said, I upgraded the HDD to an SSD and it screams. Not the best player as graphics are fully CPU dependent and there is no room for upgrades, but excellent performance for all office applications. I will buy it again, even with loose screws :)
