I like how you can have different types of courses (e.g., one for beginners, another for advanced users). The fact that all information is stored in the cloud makes it very convenient, especially if you're working remotely or traveling frequently. Sometimes it takes quite some time before an instructor approves my course requests; however, this can be solved by contacting them directly via email instead of waiting for their response. It would also help if they were more open about what was going wrong so that we could fix issues together rather than having to wait until something goes wrong. We use velpic to store our knowledge base articles. This way, when someone asks questions related to these articles, he/she doesn't need to spend hours searching through pages and pages of outdated content.
