This device might be a little overkill for my three tanks; I run it at about 50% of max and still drop a little more. Although there isn't much air. It's relatively quiet, not really louder than the three small pumps it replaces. I'm really surprised at the placement of the outlet, which runs directly behind the back of the pump itself instead of to the side, but it works. I put a small sponge under the manifold to keep it away from the pump body and all is good. I had to put small clamps on either end of the outlet pipe as the manifold eventually slipped out and the tanks were left without air, but I caught it quickly. Runs cool, relatively quiet and releases a lot of air, let's see how long that lasts. Now I'm thinking about spare parts. Still a bit noisy but livable and the best air pump I have ever used.
