The stones are well prepared. Colors lay evenly!

The stones included in the kit are well prepared for painting and make it easier to apply the paint. With paint leftovers, the stones in the driveway were not protected from painting! Keep the kids busy while "keeping still". Cleanup was pretty easy, like tempura paints drying on your hands and fingers. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to give their kids some creative time. These painted stones were made outdoors, not on a kitchen counter, so cleaning was minimal and drips weren't a factor. We then sprayed them with a matting spray and placed them in the garden. Good product!
