The best thing about this product it's price compared to other products in its category. I have no dislikes or complaints at all! This program has helped my business grow by leaps and bounds since we started using it over 2 years ago now. It takes time for your staff members to get used to how things are set up but once you do that there isn't much else to dislike because everything works perfectly as intended. We use our computerized reservations system (iMagic) when clients make their initial online appointment request through our website so they can then be added into an email list which allows us to send them emails/text messages reminding them of upcoming appointments.
