Have used the wicked wax seal kits for years and wanted to try a more hands-on approach. Because the wax is so stiff and plastic-y, a decent seal requires at least 4 pellets. Also hadn't anticipated having to clean out the warmer (bad on me, yes, but still) while it was still BURNING HOT or else the wax is impossible to get out. Not an issue if you're using the same color every time, but then where's the fun of 24 different colors? Overall, it was a nicely packaged set that had me thrilled to send out some letters, and the process of melting the wax and setting the seal was definitely more involved like I'd anticipated it would be. Just wish the wax were a bit softer to start with.
