TL; DR: It's great if you're looking for great-sounding wired headphones, but if you're looking for wireless headphones or noise-cancelling, look elsewhere. I'm usually a big fan of AT products, but unfortunately this headphone is missing 2 points. First, there's significant Bluetooth interference, with audio breaking out about every minute or so, even if the streaming device is only a few feet away from you. Your product support did an excellent job of explaining this issue, but the advice to stay away from other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices is impractical as I am currently working from home. After turning off any Bluetooth device, this still happens. Even if I go outside where there shouldn't be any interference, it still happens and I'm not near any devices that might be interfering. Secondly, the "noise reduction" part is wrong, if not outright misleading. I've used half-price wireless headphones with much better noise-cancelling in the past, not to mention this unit has never had any problems with Bluetooth interference. with the same fault so I will be returning this product. However, as expected from the AT, the sound is top-notch.
