Bought this after seeing an online review but it didn't surprise me. It works well enough, which is fine, but it just doesn't fit my large family. My people are dirty and sticky and it just doesn't have the cleaning power I need. I love that I can use my own cleaning solution and the pedal to push it down to adjust how wet you want was a nice feature. Mop heads can be washed, but after the first two times they get very clumpy and full of dirt that won't wash off. It's a good mop, but not a great mop.
