The system of tracking all interactions, as well as insights into those relationships are very useful for me in my day job at an agency (as I am managing our social media accounts). There's nothing much else about Infuenciy we love but it could be improved if there were more integrations with other platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce - perhaps via Zapier? It would also benefit from better training materials available online/in person when signing up by providing examples rather than just generic information around how different tools interact together without example use cases included.- Social listening & engagement analytics across multiple channels such as Twitter etc,- Ability integrate directly within CRM systems e.g., sales force automation software-, Integrates easily wth third party apps allowing us easy access to data points not previously possible through native features i.e., Google Analytics API integration:- Data can now flow.
