I bought 5 of these coats in different colors for my grandchildren. The zippers on the four coats never worked, they were broken zippers and snapped around the zipper in the few wears. Poor quality and cheaply made. I used to always buy polo. I will buy the north face in the future. Support didn't respond after I emailed them 5 times. Beware of this website that sells them. They don't respond or try to make money off the stuff they sell.
