I love them! They're easy to put on, my inserts fit without heel popping when walking, and the support is unlike any other hiking shoe I've had. And I had a lot. I walk many miles a day and wanted something breathable and light but very supportive as I have plantar fasciitis and not the best knees. In these shoes I have no pain with any problems.
