We eat cheese on everything at my house. A while back we quit buying shredded cheese and started grating it ourself- tastes soo much better. I have issues with my right wrist which makes it difficult to use a regular grater at times. I have looked in stores for a turn handle cheese grater but couldn’t find one. To Ebay! I purchased this grater in hopes of pain free cheese grating. I love it! It is so easy to use, works well, and comes apart easy for cleanup. I shred a whole block of cheese in a fraction of the time it takes me with my other grater and it doesn’t hurt my wrist. Definitely would recommend!
