Review on Yamaha RX-V563 (HTR-6150) 7.1 Channel AV Receiver by Nguyn Trn Trung Qun ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Before the purchase, I didn’t know much about acoustics, I chose through a search engine, compared it with Denon and Harman / Kardon, I bought it in Technosila for 12 thousand. for a 7.1 system. speaker settings through the receiver and realized that CORTLAND needed to be changed - the sound is clearly better with Jamo. I especially pinned the difference in the sound of uncompressed CD recordings and MP3 recordings from a flash drive - I didn’t think about it before, but as they say, feel the difference. First I set up the speakers through a microphone is an interesting thing, but for the time being I had to abandon it in favor of manual settings - the sound from various sources (flash drive, CD, tuner, broadcast, even from different DVDs) is different - therefore, due to lack of time, I have not got into individual settings for sources of sound that can be remembered min 4, in general, in a few seconds I manually adjust the sound to the source and enjoy. For example, I tuned the sound from a DVD concert with simple Dolby Digital, better than automatic tuning from a DVD concert with DTS. Yamaha , in a word.

Pros
  • Dolby Pro Logic IIx and DTS Neo: 6 - from various competing companies in one case for the same price, probably only from Yamaha. Speaker self-tuning microphone included. USB port on the front panel. their size and quantity. Connecting bi-amp to the front speakers.
Cons
  • I think that the AMP button of the remote control, through which almost all control goes, is not large enough and is not located in its place. There is no on-screen menu in 2022. There is no optical audio input from DVD - I had to connect it as DTV / CBL. I could not set up the control declared by the manufacturer from the remote control for DVD (Samsung) and TV (LG), but this is probably due to the age of the models themselves, although the DVD is 4 years old .
