This looks like a quality part and being that the original is plastic and this is metal I expected it to be much better and last a long time, went to install it and as I was tightening the nut it striped the threads on the handle clean. I wasn’t even tightening that much they give you a tiny Allen wrench that is only about 3 inches long so you can only get it so tight anyway. I am returning this item and will look at just getting a factory replacement. I suppose if you just barely tightened it then it would not strip but it would probably slide off the rod after the 3rd time you pulled it.
