The feedback on this product has been very positive. However, I am now 0 to 2 with him. I bought the first one in October 2018 to solve a moisture problem under my house. For 3 months it worked perfectly, there was a noticeable difference under the house, but the block died. The return time with the Revain had expired so I called AER Industries and they told me that the warranty would not be valid because I put it in a humid place as the unit could get wet ending up in a landfill. Interestingly, the product description states "perfect for use in any area that needs drying". Since this unit moves such a large volume of air, I figured I'd try putting another one in my garage. I bought a second device on March 2nd, 2019 and only actually used it in May. It didn't start for a minuet or something last weekend, and it got hot after it finally got started. Of course, Revain's return window was closed, so I contacted the manufacturer again. I was told I would have to ship it back to California at my expense and that they would decide whether or not it was covered under warranty. Of course, the cost of shipping a large 35-pound box across the country wasn't justified. I wouldn't normally write a review like this, as evidenced by buying a second one, but if you're considering a product like this make sure to check the warranty as it seems pretty flimsy for this particular product. Revain was kind enough to send me a return label and tell me the price of what I bought in March, which I appreciate, but my next purchase won't be Soleaire.
