For the money it doesn't get any better than Leifheit. This hand chopper is really well made, super high quality. It is very easy to cut a small amount of vegetables and fruits. It has a very easy to use twist motion with a push mechanism (think salad spinner, my favorite of this brand) that doesn't strain your wrist; You won't get tired of grinding (but if you have SO many things, bring the Cuisinart!) It's also very easy to clean. . Surprisingly, it does a good job of whipping air in small batches of product. I made my best salad dressing, enough for two, no army, and I didn't have to lug around a hand mixer to make it! Amounts. It works really well, it's easy to store (the handle pushes in and locks) and for the price you won't find anything better.
