I have a window air conditioner that is leaking some condensation. It was leaking out the sides of the air conditioner. I know this is usually due to dirt and other things getting stuck in it. Got these tabs because of the good reviews and popped 3 of them into my 6000 BTU LG Window Unit. They don't slide easily through the pages - you have to push them through and they'll kind of pop into the grooves. Then use something long and sweeping to manipulate the protrusions to be in key spots where water collects (usually next to a fan if possible). After I added 3 of these most of the dirt is gone and it no longer leaks. In 3-4 months I will put another set. This should help extend the life of window air conditioners so you don't have to take them out and clean them when they're clogged. Very simple and clear solution.
