The 1st one I ordered came in a nice plastic bag with all attachments. The bag is great for storage. Was easy to put up and it's held up wonderfully, going into its 3rd year. I wanted to add to the shade where a tree had fallen. The newest one came in a plain old box with a single 2 foot sisal rope. Nothing else. Re-ordered thinking it was missing hardware. Next one came same as the previous order. So things have changed with the product. Reading the fine print, it does not say hardware is included. One 2ft piece of rope just won't cut it! Actually 3 pieces of sisal wouldn't work well. Really need those turnbuckles to take up the slack as they stretch. Please change that description to say hardware is a separate purchase. Now making that trip to Lowes. That's why it's getting 4 stars. and 3 stars for installation.
