The product arrived as planned and due to the adequate packaging no parts were damaged. The casters are great and the cart is pretty strong (20 to 100 pounds). Although it's rated at 500 pounds, I personally wouldn't load it to its maximum capacity, either for individual trays or for the overall cart capacity. The grip could be better (thicker) than the price paid. Assembly was easy. No surprises except that the ad says it comes with 2 extra tray mounts which I didn't get. Manufacturers have to stick to their advertising. The deeper shell is perfect for my application and doesn't cause instability when installed all the way up. Overall, I would recommend this item to anyone willing to pay the price. With great wheels, rustproof material and sensible design, I expect this cart to last for years.
