So this is the second bracelet I've bought from the same company in the last 5 months. The first lasted just over 3 months before the stitching unraveled and the plastic D-ring fell off. I just bought a second bandage over 2 weeks ago and now the same problem with the stitches coming loose is unacceptable for some reason. You claim your product is "waterproof" but not even "sweatproof". I believe condensation and salt from my sweat will dissolve the seams; unless you manufacture or sell defective dressings. In this case, what is the reason for reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)? I hope that this review will be taken seriously and given due consideration; otherwise other actions will follow.
