I was very happy to receive our new filter but soon after trying to install it I realized I needed a different fitting for my facility because the previous owner had a custom one had plumbing and needed both admission and graduation to be a male. I emailed ClearSource explaining my dilemma and they did everything they could to help me IMMEDIATELY, Sunday no less. The quality of materials and construction is top notch, really sturdy and well designed. I have soaked and rinsed cartridges at home and also tested the water and although the water quality is good you can actually tell a difference after running city water through this unit. We have CLEAN and CLEAN water. If you need a high flow filter for your RV I cannot recommend this unit enough, CLEARSOURCE delivers in every area!
