What was delivered did not look like the website picture

I bought it as a present for my mother. I've been looking for an inexpensive wood for a small home for an hour. The image online shows realistic features such as longer branches here and there. It also goes all the way down to the floor. Tree lights online have a soft, warm glow...my mom's lights look like an airport runway. This is not a soft, warm light as shown online. She's just glad she has a Christmas tree to decorate. But now I feel extremely betrayed. Very disappointed! Enlarge both images... the differences are undeniable.
