I love the three strap design. I've used a single strap design that only traverses a corner in the past and have always felt that the corner itself needs support to stay in place. I like the design of the clasp, a circular inner and outer plastic circle with teeth, with a metal outer shell that snaps in very firmly. I bought these to replace the design with a strap where all the fasteners were more like plastic alligator teeth and a plastic outer shell that just wouldn't hold up. I have no doubt these straps would hold the sheets on my bed alone. I also paired them with a set of hanging straps to hold the sides of the sheet to keep my sheet nice and firm. It's been 2 weeks and no sign of anything falling off. There's nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night and fixing a sheet that has come loose and gotten tangled up. These belts solved that problem.
