I bought these 12 tiny lotion jars that I make. A tiny glass weighs 12.43 g and is less than 4 cm (= 1.57 inches) in diameter. I was really concerned about their small size because I don't use preservatives when I make my own lotions, so I have to make a small batch. The jars are lightweight plastic so I won't put anything hot in them as they might melt. I was checked that their lids were closed tightly enough: I turned a pitcher of water upside down and no water loss occurred. For the use I have to do with them, they are perfect.
