So I saw the taste of gummy candy and immediately thought I would LOVE it. It came and I tried it in water first with half a scoop. I wasn't actually a fan of the flavor, which tastes a bit like yellow sour kids. I didn't feel any extra energy in my workout when I was just doing half a scoop. Keep in mind that I don't pre-workout before EVERY workout like some people do. The next time I took it, I scooped up a full scoop. I figured that this way I wouldn't have to concern myself with the taste as much. I felt like it worked well and helped me get through my terrible day of cardio without ever experiencing tremors or kicking right away. Good slow energy release with this product. There is a star deduction for the taste. The only way to get a decent flavor is to mix it with a Starbucks Strawberry Refresh lol.
