This is the WORST vacuum cleaner I have ever used. Let me preface this review by saying that I have a dog that sheds a lot. We often clean the house, and before that we used a vacuum cleaner for the first time, swept and cleaned our hair. I pulled it out of the box, delighted by the upbeat reviews. After letting it charge for the time specified in the manual, I gave it a try. When I started vacuuming I was excited and realized I had made a great purchase. After about 5 minutes of vacuuming, I noticed that there was almost no suction. Upon further investigation, it became clogged in the short time I cleaned. I voided and cleared the clog and began sucking again. A few minutes later, another blockage! Frustrated, I removed the clog again. It seemed that after resuming the block was created faster. I cleared every clog after five vacuums and made little headway in my cleaning. I cleared the clog 4 times after cleaning the living room and dining area. Advice, DO NOT LISTEN TO POSITIVE FEEDBACK! If you have a pet that you clean up after, or if your home has more than just hardwood floors, stay away from this product as much as possible!
