Review on Cortland Intimates Women'S Back Support Longline Bra 9603 by Theresa Thomas

I originally ordered this in 34F (yes I know, it sounds huge, but bra grading is different than we think), but, since each brand is different, I played it safe and ordered a DD as well, in case the netting had too much stretch. And since each brand sizes differently, my size varies according to the brand and the bra design, my size can be anywhere from a 32-36 in the band, and a DD, DDD(F), E, or G cup size ; but according to my measurements, I should be a size US 34F (aka 34DDD).For this specific bra, the 34DD fit me the best. I noticed the Cortland Intimate bras I ordered all seemed to run big, some WAY too big for the tag size.The lace on this bra is fairly delicate but still suitable for every day wear. I prefer and love vintage/retro style bras, and I really adore a nice well-built bra for us bigger busted gals. This bra doesn't do a lot to support the back as it claims, BUT, it does define the waist in a really nice way. This bra can really help do a lot for your shape, while still being quite comfortable. This bra is comfortable enough for me to sleep in, even with the side boning.By the way, I personally LOVE the top edge of the cups with the see-through lace. I even chose the color white because I love the subtle but noticeable contrast between the areola and the lace. It's a nice little sexy/feminine touch, and so long as you're not wearing it with a sheer top, you should be fine. But I've worn it with a white tank top and it was fine.The thick elastic band that defines the waist is having some issues with loose threads, which means this bra may end up having a limited life-span. Mine also rides up a little bit sometimes, which is a minor annoyance.Is this bra a true 5 out of 5 bra? No. But it is a decent bra, that I would recommend, if you like vintage style bras, comfortable shaping bras, longline bras, etc.
