There's a bunch of brands that seem to make all the same kind of light. This one had the most reviews so I went with it.The light is not heavy at all, and was easy enough to install with a screw driver and hammer. The cord is ridiculously short, so I spliced it with a $13 extension cord because I was using it for a light switch outlet. It's not perfect, but white electrical tape makes it not too noticeable. I then used some cable staples to run the wire across my ceiling. It's about as good as a corded light can look.The light itself is fairly directional, meaning it's a cone of light instead of the ambiance of a typical light bulb. It's pretty bright, was cheap, and works, but I'd probably try to get something that more evenly distributed light in the room if I were to do it again.
