Review on Chemex Filter - 100 CT - Natural Square Coffee Filters for Enhanced Brewing Experience by Tiffany Powers

These filters are the magic of Chemex coffee makers

I've been making coffee for a long time. I used many techniques. I can pour water into an $18 Mr. Coffee Maker and get compliments and requests for my "secrets." My superfood secrets: - Use filtered water if your tap water tastes bad. - Use more ground coffee than you think. or put it in an air pot so you don't burn the Doo-Doo. - Clean your equipment. - Grind the beans just before brewing. - If you want a mild coffee with no bitterness and an oily finish or cold - Use brewing or Chemex filters - Never macerate with a percolator. Time is of the essence. Never overcook in a French Press. time is important If you want to die of old age from something other than plastic poisoning, use stainless steel and glass to make your coffee. Get rid of plastic coffee makers. Do not drink water boiled in plastic. I saved money on the decanter by buying a Bodum glass decanter (Chemex fake?). Chemex glass is expensive. I threw away the metal and plastic reusable filter that came with Bodum and then bought these babies. These filters do a great job of filtering out a lot of the oil and acidity in the coffee, which really improves the flavor. Watch the Chemex tutorial video on YouTube. World!
