I like that it allows me access via mobile device as well as web browser, which helps tremendously for remote support purposes! The interface can be very confusing at first - there are many different tools/icons in various locations within its dashboard (which could possibly benefit from some simplification).
It's also not always clear how much bandwidth you're using so we have no way know when our monthly limit has been exceeded before trying again later; this would help us better manage usage during peak times vs after hours where things aren't actively being used but still pending approval due solely because people forgot about them & haven’t approved yet until morning etc... We use ICDP primarily through Salesforce Chatter however do utilize other services such as Zoom video conferencing / chat room platforms too.
