Opening the padded envelope reveals an easy-open matte plastic bag with two keys. When taken out, they feel high quality, comfortable in weight, the materials of construction are comfortable to the touch. I plugged it in and immediately my phone's display appeared on the test monitor. There is virtually no delay between typing on the phone and the translated image on the screen. I'm streaming and even though I'm running audio through external speakers through the audio jack (there are no speakers on the test monitor), there are no audio sync issues. Fantastic quality and value. Highly recommended.
