I like the durability of the holder - it doesn't look cheap. However, I had a hard time inserting the two detachable brackets (which hold the phone upright) into the holes. But I prefer not to use mounts to hold my phone upright due to the location of my dashboard. I prefer to put my phone on the armrest. That way I put the phone down with just the bottom and it doesn't slip. Perfect for my needs, even if I don't necessarily use it as intended.
