Review on Roborock E4 Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Strong 2000Pa Suction and 200min Runtime - Ideal for Larger Homes and Pet Owners, Includes APP Total Control and Works with Alexa by Alex Marshall

I bought a Roborock E4 3 weeks ago. At first I was very skeptical about how a robot vacuum could clean and vacuum the hard floors and carpets in my house. We have 3 rabbits which means there is still a lot of fine hay on the floor and carpets and some dry rabbit droppings around the bedding. This means I have to vacuum the whole house 3-4 times a week which is very time consuming. First I tested the robot below. I was surprised at how well he handled the rabbit fur balls. I watched him go and he really covered all the ground he could walk on and even the edges. I then took it back upstairs to the kitchen where there were balls of rabbit fur, some toast crumbs (from breakfast) and some sand (from shoes getting in and out). This was the best time to test it out and see if it cleared up all the little debris. I turned it on and went downstairs. After 26 minutes everything was ready when I got the notification. I went upstairs and to my surprise everything was put away, put away. The last test I did was to put the robot in a carpeted rabbit room. There was a lot of fine hay and some rabbit droppings on the carpet. This was the final exam. After 20 minutes the robot was done cleaning so I went to check and there was no poop on the carpet just some hay left. That said, I have a Shark Rocket vacuum and have to walk the carpet more than once, so all the hay is a vacuum, so I can say the Roborock E4 does a similar job. Looking at the robot, it moves in a Z-shape and knows where it has been and where it needs to go. This is not a random pattern like cheaper robots. Just one concern. When the robot is cleaning the edges, the side brush will speed up, and sometimes it will throw the dirt too far to the center of the room instead of throwing it in front of the robot for it to vacuum. Since the robot starts in the center of the room and ends up at the edges, some of the dirt thrown in the center is not a vacuum cleaner, and since the robot ends up at the edges, it returns to the charging station after processing the edges. left some debris in the middle. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I'm very happy with this robot vacuum and for this price it does a good job with its dual gyroscope and OpticEye system. *UPDATE* After almost 1 month of use I'm taking a start down. The robot cleans floors and carpets very well. The suction is strong, but there is one thing the Roborock engineers could do better (can't believe they didn't try it to find out). The robot should start at the edges and then end in the middle of the room. When the robot vacuums the edges, the side brush starts to rotate so quickly that all the dirt does not get in front of the robot, but is thrown far into the middle of the room. Since the robot ends with the edges, all the dirt stays there and the robot doesn't pick it up. I have to clean up this garbage with my vacuum cleaner after the robot is finished. It took me 2 weeks to figure out that if the robot starts at the edges and ends in the middle of the room it will collect all the debris. I think the R&D department at Roborock still has a few things to learn.
