This product sounds great in theory. However, what fails is the execution. Installation is easy, but connecting app and device is difficult. Despite sufficient WiFi signal, the app often loses the connection to the device. Because the app doesn't register the pump regularly, I have to keep checking the pump to see if there's a problem. This resulted in more attention/anxiety pumps than I had to do years before this device came along. I'm thinking Pump Spy but there are also +/- comments. One good thing about this device is that even if it fails, it doesn't cut off power, so at least the pump can still do its job. However, until the firmware is up to date and the system is running normally, I would do without it, which is more of a headache than a relief at this point.
