Update: 02/13/2021 This product is embarrassing! Our family Christmas was postponed because of the virus and when the album was opened from the original packaging it was so crumpled that I was utterly ashamed of my gift that I spent many, many arduous hours collecting 30 year old photos and too arrange now in crumpled packaging. Chaos! It looks good, but one of them was extremely difficult to use. I bought two of these and it was so difficult to get the slides to lay flat that I thought I was doing something wrong. I tried to call the number on the enclosed customer service card but there was no number, just an email. So I emailed them and weeks later still no response. The first album took me about 8 or 10 times longer than the second. That's why I know I have old books that took me 2 weeks to finish, partly out of frustration, and they don't look as good as an identical book I finished over the weekend. Both albums are gifts for my sons who are now in their 30s, I took old family albums and made one for each child, so in fact the albums were even filled with the same photos, for example by age and type of paper. So disappointed.
