The belt is as advertised and is of very good quality. My husband ordered two sizes and was planning to return the one that didn't fit as this item is advertised as 'free returns'. . We have determined that this is not a free return. The seller charges a restocking fee to cover shipping costs. Although it is face value ($3.66), it is not what is advertised. Revain customer service fixed everything but the seller didn't.
