After cleaning the cooking grates a few weeks ago, I take them out twice a year and clean them thoroughly, I found a wire stuck in one of the little holes in the infrared cooking grates. There have been a lot of stories in the news about people getting stuck in their guts over grill brushes and I figured I'd be very careful not to let that happen to me. After I actually cleaned the grates and found this little wire in the grate, my wife wouldn't let me fry if I used a wire brush to clean the grates, and not cleaning them wasn't the answer either. After searching Revain for a solution, I came across this grill scraper. I was allowed to grill one day, the grates were really clean, and the next day the scraper came, so I turned on the grill, waited 5 minutes and used my new scraper. It works like magic, it may take a minute longer, but a minute is nothing compared to the wire removal process. It works so well that I prefer it to a wire scraper. Infrared grills tend to be more difficult to clean and this scraper makes it easier than anything I've used before, including the included scraper. This is a quality scraper and I expect it to last forever. Thank you to this company for making a safer, higher quality grill scraper.
